I know what you’re thinking. “Wait…where’s the hockey stuff? I want hockey stuff! Who makes a site titled, ‘CanadianHockeyParents’ without putting anything about hockey on it?”
Well first of all, I technically have a picture of some hockey players. And one of them is doing some sick splits, so….
Secondly, I’m very sorry if I disappointed you. You could check out NHL.com or something if you really need your hockey fix.
Thirdly, I do. You asked, “Who creates a site like this without hockey stuff on it?” I do. I create a site named ‘CanadianHockeyParents’ without putting hockey stuff on it. That’s apparently how I roll.
But I have a purpose in mind for this site. You can actually read about it on my About page. Long story short: I met a Canadian hockey parent who
gave me some good advice and I wanted to share it with the world. Boy, that sounded a lot cooler in my head….
But here’s the deal, I really do think that some of the stuff I’m going to share will be helpful. I’ve received some out-of-this-world advice/help/inspiration and I’m excited to share it with all of you.
So thanks for joining me on this journey of self-discovery and discovery-sharing. Be sure to check out the next post where I tell you about the great advice from my Canadian friend.
